Reading Football Club will face Plymouth Argyle at the Madejski Stadium in the first round of the EFL Cup.
League Two Plymouth, who finished 5th in 2015/16, lost to Wimbledon in the play-off final on May 30 and will be hoping to kick start their League Two promotion campaign with a win over their second-tier opponents.
Reading, meanwhile, will be settling in under their new manager Jaap Stam, with all Round One matches due to be played during the week commencing 8th August 2016.
There's an added sense of intrigue in this fixture because there's the possibility that Craig Tanner could feature for The Royals against the club at which he spent some of last season on loan.
The full set of fixtures for the first round of what was formerly the Capital One Cup can be found here.
And, just for fun, here's a video of Glenn Little's cracker against the Pilgrims in the 2005/06 season.
