Rafael: 7
Didn’t have loads to do in the first half, but made a few important saves in the second.
Andy Yiadom: 7
Provided options going forward and caused West Brom problems. Defended well when needed.
Matt Miazga: 8
A solid performance in the back. Made some important tackles and blocks. Looks confident playing alongside Moore and Morrison.
Michael Morrison: 8
Provided an impressive aerial presence throughout the game and made vital headed clearances when West Brom got forward.
Liam Moore: 8
The skipper’s best performance this season so far. Led from the back and looked strong and assured. Similar to Miazga and Morrison, made perfectly timed tackles and blocks to squash the danger of a West Brom attack.
Omar Richards: 7
Another great performance and got forward well along while providing good defensive support. His final ball into the box could have been a little better.
John Swift: 6
Didn’t have the same impact on the game as he did against Cardiff and was pushed off the ball a little too easily. Had a free kick well saved in the first half.
Pele: 6
Another quiet but strong performance from the midfielder who just got on with what he needed to do.
Ovie Ejaria: 8
He’s just so good. It was a shame that he gave away the penalty right at the end, but it was another classy performance. Scored a brilliant goal and well deserved in front of the travelling support.
Lucas Boye: 6
Had a lot of creativity and ideas, but his final product wasn’t clinical. Still a pretty decent performance.
George Puscas: 6
Provided a physical presence up front but didn’t get as many chances as he did at the weekend.
Substitutes
Lucas Joao: 6
Battled well when he came on and assisted Ejaria’s goal.
