Before the Forest game we spoke to Forest fan Alan Fisher about his thoughts for the game Alan was also kind enough to give us his thoughts after the game.
To be honest, I thought that Reading deserved the win. Once Moussi went off (and he was knackered so had to!) we basically gave you the midfield and you dominated - to be honest, the scoreline is quite flattering to Forest really.
I thought the referee was appalling - but at least in both directions - he missed the only penalty of the game (foul on Adebola), gave two very soft ones for us with McGugan and Gunts going to ground very easily in the box. That said, they had an early lesson from Shane Long whose dive before your first goal was also in the area, oddly the ref gave a free kick - although Ian Harte's execution was excellent.
I think Lee Camp could've done better with the first, second and indeed third goal where he flapped the ball straight out to Kebe. That said, Reading had other opportunities - Kebe especially who ran Lynch ragged (and spent an awful lot of time rolling around the floor in 'agony' before getting up and running around as normal.
As for us, as I said, I don't think the two penalties were penalties at all - although we should've had one just before the second one was given. Earnies goal was a tremendous finish and a nice move.
Should you guys end up in the play-offs, and I think you will, then all the best - as I really don't want Cardiff or Leeds going up.
