Armstrong to attend Sheffield United Game - Reading OS
The recently retired former Royals defender will be at the Madejski for our game with another of his former clubs Sheffield United. Chris will lead out the teams and they'll be an on pitch presentation. It's Great to see both clubs honouring such a top guy in a classy way, and they'll be a charity collection outside the game for MS charities.
Harte named in Championship PFA Team of the Year. - Give me Football
Royals left back Ian Harte has been named in the Championship team of the year by the PFA. No place for Kebe or Long though, with Long edged out by Grant Holt and Danny Graham. Bearing in mind these are voted for around the turn of the year it's somewhat understandable, though still surprising to see Shane miss out.

And finally.... While we usually don't like to wallow in others misery here at the Tilehurst End, I doubt we're the only Reading fans who had a wry smile when watching Bolton's FA Cup semi-final defeat to Stoke, and reading this reminds me of just why....
