So over half of you are backing manager Brian McDermott with his current selection of Matt Mills & Zurab Khizanishvili, while just under 40% want to see Mills dropped for Alex Pearce. Only 7% of you are backing the only pair under contract for 2011/12, Mills and Pearce.
