Take On The Tilehurst End - Week 6+7

Take on The Tilehurst End gives Loyal Royals everywhere the chance to Take on The Tilehurst End at EA Sports FIFA 11 for the X-Box 360. Each week The Tilehurst End will play as Reading's opposition and take on our readers, who must play as Reading.

Over the past few weeks we've been Leicester, Leeds, Coventry, Derby and Cardiff remaining unbeaten and taking a 5-0 advantage over our challengers. But how would our readers fare playing as Reading against our play-off-final opponents Swansea?

Week 6+7

This time it was the play-off final matchup between Reading FC and Cardiff City. Could the Royals replicate the fantastic win from last night and bring an end to the winning streak of The Tilehurst End?

Unfortunately the answer was no and week 6 & 7 ended with another two victories for The Tilehurst End.

Both games were tight affairs and they both ended with the same result. The first game ended with a 3-0 victory for Swansea with Scott Sinclair being too hot to handle for the Royals aging full backs (deja-vu anyone?)

The second game was also tight and in the end was won by Swansea by the tinniest of margins. The score line was 2-1 with Scott Sinclair again causing problems throughout, but for the first time in seven games the Tilehurst End saw its defence breached!  Even that wasn't enough to stop us though and we ensured the 100% record was kept intact.

Will that goal dent the confidence of The Tilehurst End? and can any challenger pick up a win?

Total Score

The Tilehurst End  7

Challengers  0

So who is next to take on the challenge?

Over the summer we'll be open to new challengers, and to get you in the mood we'll be playing as one of the NEW teams in the division. For the next two weeks we'll be playing as League One Champions Brighton.
