How would you sum up Birmingham's season so far?
Work in progress. Lee Clark has toyed with a number of formations and seems to like the 3-4-3. Our problem has been scoring goals, as generally performances haven't been bad. Hopefully things are turning round now as we have scored 7 goals in our last 2 games.
The club seems to have been blighted by financial problems since relegation from the Premier League, how are things behind the scenes now?
A mess. The club is reportedly running out of cash and the situation is desperate. There has been parties interested in buying the club- but any deal is so complicated. With Carson Yeung's trial for suspected money laundering, this is no straightforward take over. One thing for sure is that the club cannot move on until we have new owners.
What are your best memories of Reading v Birmingham?
Definitely the game at the Madejeski in May 2009. We won 2-1 to clinch a return to the Premiership. What a day.
And the worst?
I'd probably say the game at St. Andrew's a couple of seasons ago. Reading has already clinched the Championship and their fans were in party mode. Although we won, it summed up what could have been. We went on to lose in the play-off's against Blackpool.
Who should Reading fans be wary of on Saturday?
Jesse Lingard had a fantastic debut, scoring 4 goals against Sheffield Wednesday last weekend, so he will be in confident mood. We have Nikola Zigic available after a long lay-off, he can be a handful and has been playing well in the development squad. We also have a fantastic 'keeper in Darren Randolph.
Anyone in the Reading team that's particularly worrying you?
The signing of Billy Sharp on loan was shrewd, he is proven at this level. Pavel Pogrebynak is a top striker who could cause problems.
Score prediction?
I am going to be honest here- Reading 2-1 Blues.
