Disappointed with the Reading fans last night for booing me! Didn't think I deserved that!

On the one hand I agree that as a player who helped us to win promotion he shouldn't be treated with scorn or given over the top abuse.
However he's no longer a Reading player and on that basis he should expect to be treated as any other Cardiff player would have been at the Cardiff City Stadium last night.
Personally I think the booing is counter-productive as it inevitably winds up that player and makes them more determined to score but I've got no issue with anyone who wants to give an opposition player a bit of stick on a match night.
Still, I'm sure he'll get a decent reception at the Madejski later this season.
What do you think Tilehurst Enders, were fans right to boo Alfie or does the former Rotherham hitman have a valid point?
