And with 42% of your votes it's Oliver Norwood who wins his second Player Of The Month gong after impressing in his first few months with the Royals. He was voted your Man Of The Match away at Blackburn Rovers and took two further top-three finishes. He's already a key part of the team and looks a shrewd signing from Nigel Adkins.

Adam Federici was also vying for his second POTM award after taking last month's prize - he grabbed 37% of your vote but couldn't quite oust Norwood at the head of the poll despite taking an early lead. Michael Hector grabbed third with 17% of your nominations, whilst Glenn Murray took the remaining 4%.

Thanks to all of you for voting - can Norwood make it a hat-trick of wins in December? We'll find out when the results are in for the first vote in 2015... The results of this month's vote are below.
