Reading FC Loan Report: February 26

News of a win at long last for a full-back, disappointment for a keeper and a managerial sacking in this week's Reading FC loan report.

Ben Hoskins

Mikkel Andersen - Randers (Danish Superliga) Appearances: 10 Clean Sheets: 1

Andersen will have been gutted to have missed out on starting Rander's first game of the new campaign as they drew 1-1 with Viborg. Fingers crossed the goalkeeper can force his way back into the starting XI.

****

Daniel Carrico - Sevilla (Liga BBVA) Appearances: 19 Goals 2

Mixed fortunes for Carrico who saw his side slip to a 2-1 first leg defeat in the Europa League against Maribor before a good 1-0 away win at Rayo Vallecano in La Liga.

*****

Nick Arnold - Wycombe Wanderers (SkyBet League Two) Appearances: 22

After waiting nearly two months for a win, Arnold and Wycombe have picked up two in a week against Chesterfield and Exeter, with two clean sheets as well reflected well on our young right-back. Arnold is out of contract in the summer and with Reading's contract renewals on hold, it'll be interesting to see where his future is.

Lawson D'Ath - Dagenham & Redbridge (SkyBet League Two) Appearances:13 Goals: 1 Red Cards: 1

Disappointment this week for D'Ath after his fantastic strike last week, with the midfielder being subbed at half-time during the Daggers 2-1 home defeat against Plymouth.

*****

Ryan Edwards - Perth Glory (Australian A-League) Appearances: 12 Goals 0

Things aren't going well for Edwards at Perth who not only finds himself out of the side but was apparently involved in a training ground bust-up last week. Hopefully he can come back to Reading soon because this season is fast becoming a write-off for the promising midfielder

Jon Henly - Oxford United (SkyBet League Two) Appearances: 0

More bench duty for Henly, who watched on as Oxford drew 1-1 away at Morecambe.

****

Stuart Moore - Gloucester City (Conference North) Appearances: 3

Two games and two draws for Moore who saw the man who brought him to the club Dave Mahew, sacked after a 1-1 home draw to North Ferriby. Moore conceded one in each game
