TOTW: Inconsistent Royals and #HooliHoops

In a dramatic couple of weeks, the Royals have been infuriatingly inconsistent on the pitch and (supposedly) hooligans off of it. Here, though, we bring you the best of the tweets from the past fortnight, completely consistent and wonderfully gentle.
