Yesterday former Get Reading reporter Jonny Fordham teased further news on the Reading takeover situation and today he's got a full piece in the Sun on the latest which you can read if you have a subscription to the Sun +.
What Fordham did put out in public was a claim that Reading majority owner Anton Zingarevich actually gave back his shares in the club in January and resigned from the board.

While Anton hasn't actually had any day-to-day involvement with the club since well before then, it's interesting to see him actually give up the shares. How this would impact any sale remains unclear.
