Reading Football Club has today announced the anthem for the club, which was decided by a poll which followed the end of season survey from the 2013/14 season.
Ashes - Embrace is the tune that you, the loyal fans (or majority of), have selected. Jon Keen wrote on this topic at the end of July — you can read his piece here.
If you're unfamiliar with our new anthem, you can listen to it below:

The Official Site said in their statement:
Off the back of overwhelming demand from the recent end of season survey, the top three suggestions were put to the vote, with Embrace battling off competition from Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline and Kevin Girdler's Reading Anthem.
'Ashes' became a cult hit for Royals fans during the record breaking 2005/06 season, played regularly before games as Steve Coppell's Reading gained promotion to the Premier League.

So, there you have it. We'll be belting out this song until we die.
