The 22-year-old has previously represented his country at under-21 level, including captaining the side in a 5-0 defeat away at the Czech Republic two years ago.
The midfielder has been in good form so far this season for Reading, scoring his first senior goal for the club in the 1-0 win at Ipswich and starting all five league games in this campaign.
Congratulations to Jake and that game will take place on the 9th of September.
