Samuel has been out of action since the end of August after damaging meniscus in his knee during the Capital One Cup win at Colchester.
It was a big blow for the Reading Academy Graduate who had looked to finally be in contention for regular action after a fine pre-season and good loan spell at Coventry towards the end of last season. Now after more than two-months on the sidelines it looks as if Samuel's ready to grace the Hogwood turf once again.
Back to training tomorrow

Since the injury, Samuel has had to watch Nick Blackman go on a remarkable run of form as well as seeing Matej Vydra arrive at the Mad Stad, so it's going to be even tougher for the 21-year-old to fight his way back into contention. However the young forward now has the safety of a new three-year deal that'll keep him at the club until the summer of 2018, so there's no need to rush back.
Get Reading's Charles Watts spoke on a recent Tilehurst End Podcast that Coventry were keen on bringing him back on loan and for now that would certainly seem like a sensible move. Either way best of luck in the recovery Dom and hopefully see you back in the Hoops soon!
