Reading FC are on a bit of a mad one at the moment. Since the last edition of Tweets of the Week, Steve Clarke's men have put a halt to Middlesbrough's seven game winning streak and formed a winning streak of their own (in the league). Inevitably, this has led to a teeny weeny bit of hype surrounding the club.
Okay, not so teeny weeny. It's a weird feeling.
The squad for the final round of Euro 2016 qualifiers was announced.
Nick Blackman left out of Roy Hodgson's England squad... clearly being rested for the Euros

Delighted we forced our rivals to make way today. Let’s celebrate tonight. Our blood is blue our wings are white #readingfc

RESULT OF THE DAY: @ReadingFC defeated in-form @Boro 2-0, and took just 11 seconds to open the scoring! pic.twitter.com/O7D6Lhwwal

Paul McShane said THIS…
Nice way to finish off that block of games. It's as tight as a snakes arse in a sandstorm at the top of the league, but great to be up there!

Williams scored THIS…
Straight from kick-off, Danny Williams scores after great work by Hal Robson-Kanu. #readingfc pic.twitter.com/skuWaULr4e

Then we saw THIS and drooled.
@Readingfanman I do indeed - Reading look pretty healthy here too: pic.twitter.com/DKitxXnnTR

Reading's defence have been obscenely good at preventing opponents from shooting this season: pic.twitter.com/3eDkhz5GgB

Rodgers got sacked and Reading fans weren't at all sympathetic.
Interesting reaction from some #readingfc fans on here to the Brendan Rodgers news. Not much sympathy. Why so unpopular?

@charles_watts Oh, and he had hair. We don't like managers with hair.
— Hoops (@RoyalHoops) October 5, 2015
@charles_watts becayse he did terribly whilst managing us, and he's basically made the same mistakes again but somehow lasted three years
— Chaz (@mccIeary) October 5, 2015
@charles_watts He's a lovely bloke, much misunderstood - but sadly he's 95% style & 5% substance and that always gets found out.
— Jon Keen (@urzz1871) October 5, 2015
@charles_watts arrogant bloke who thinks he knows it all with little to no results to back it up. Being Mourinho's mate means little.
— LordCKS (@LordCKS) October 5, 2015
@charles_watts because while at reading i once served him a delicious sticky toffee pudding at the pub i worked at and he only tipped 7%

Cats and the internet: a certified winner as far as I'm concerned.

This guy needs to work on his prophesying, but nevertheless was semi-impressive.
. @Randall1871 I was only one year out #readingfc

Former Reading FC midfielder Leigertwood retired.
Good luck to Mikele Leigertwood who has retired from football. Will never forget these moments. #Readingfc pic.twitter.com/1grat4ThwQ

Whilst Bobbins is being shown up by a recent Chelsea signing.
Having a lovely anniversary dinner with Mrs Bobbins...and in walks Michael Hector. Suddenly I'm not flavour of the month...

Nice article, not so nice pun.
@WhoScored @alansmith90 Does the article make good Reading?

Cureton's still got it.
He may be 40 years young but @JamieCuro still knows where the goal is. He helped @Dag_RedFC to victory in @JP_Trophy pic.twitter.com/FMTNjy6znw

It wouldn't be Tweets of the Week without a little nostalgia thrown in.
Decent Scottish manager, Full hoops, a cheesy song and the return of Elm Park (kind of). It's like the early '90s all over again! #readingfc

And there are exciting new plans afoot for the area surrounding the Madejski
