Since moving to Dover, Carlton has caught the eye for in the academy side and it is believed that several scouts have been tracking the youngster, who netted five goals in an 11-1 victory over Margate last week. On his trial, the Whites academy boss Mike Sandmann told the Dover Express:
"It's great for the academy players to be having these type of clubs watch their games. There is some real talented players in our academy and hopefully more and more will get the opportunity."
