After the furore over the previous Bradford City fixture, many thought the BBC would pick the Bradford Reading tie for the next round... They were wrong.

The BBC have risked the wrath of football fans all over the nation as they snubbed Bradford City's tie against the Royals in favour of Manchester United v Arsenal and Aston Villa v West Bromwich Albion.

During Bradford's win over Sunderland over the weekend, the players celebrated their win to a chorus of "Are you watching BBC?" after the national broadcaster opted against airing their victory over Chelsea in the previous round.

Instead, it will be BT Sport that show the Bradford's first quarter-final since 1976; it's also a big fixture for Reading, as they go into the last eight for the fifth time since their foundation in 1871.

I wouldn't want to be Gary Lineker on Twitter right now...
