In alphabetical order... (NB only League games count; minimum three appearances)

Adam Federici

Average rating: 7.00 (4 appearances); MOTM awards: 1st (Middlesbrough H), 2nd= (Millwall A)

Yup, him again... the Aussie keeper is in the form of his life and kept up his brilliant season with some more top-class performances - winning your Man Of The Match award against Middlesbrough and a joint-second away at Millwall as Reading failed to break down the ten-man Lions.

Garath McCleary

Average rating: 7.00 (3 appearances); MOTM awards: 1st (Fulham A)

He's back! The Jamaican winger has shown us exactly what we've been missing as his pace and trickery have caused havoc for defences - he easily won Fulham's Man Of The Match poll, whilst he set up Nathaniel Chalobah at home to Sheffield Wednesday.

Oliver Norwood

Average rating: 6.00 (4 appearances); MOTM awards: 1st (Millwall A)

The last few months have been a battle between Norwood and Federici - the midfielder pops up again to claim the four-timer with a January win. You voted him the best player on the park at Millwall, and his creativity continues to flow in the middle of the park.

Pavel Pogrebnyak

Average rating: 6.75 (4 apperances); MOTM awards: 1st (Sheffield Wednesday H), 2nd (Fulham A)

Two goals in January for Pogrebnyak as he scored against his former side, Fulham, before opening the scoring at home to Wednesday with a sweet header. Maybe he just enjoys the frosty weather in January... but the Pog made his presence felt to open 2015.

Four nominees, one winner... Let us know who you think should be crowned Player Of The Month to open 2015.
