Reading Football Club will take on Arsenal Football Club in the semi-finals of The FA Cup on Saturday 18th April at 5.20pm, live on BBC One.
The Royals progressed to the semi-finals for only the second time ever when they beat Bradford 3-0 in their quarter-final replay on Monday and will take on last year's winners Arsenal as the remaining four teams head to Wembley Stadium to thrash it out.
Reading haven't beaten Arsenal in nine attempts, which has led to Hal Robson-Kanu to label it a "no pressure" game.
Their most recent game against Arsenal came in a 4-1 defeat at the Madejski, but perhaps more memorable—and heartbreaking—was in our Capital One Cup loss at the Madejski in 2012.
The tie will face an interesting challenge on TV as Chelsea host Manchester United in the Premier League at 5.30pm on Sky Sports the same evening. With no top flight lunchtime game, it's a strange decision from the BBC to push their tie back to directly compete with those big guns. Still, you can be sure the Royals fans will take up every single ticket of their allocation.
The other semi-final will be played out on Sunday 19th April at 3pm, between Aston Villa and one of Liverpool or Blackburn, with the replay between those sides to take place early next month.
Some ticket details have already been announced, but complete information on how to purchase them will follow later today.
Stay tuned to The Tilehurst End for all the info you need.
