With a disappointing league season thankfully shortly coming to an end, it seems likely there will be a high turnover of players at Reading FC this summer.
Today the Daily Mail linked the Royals with Rangers central midfielder Nicky Law. The Mail has suggested a £500,000 transfer fee would be enough to see the 27 year old Englishman move south of the border.
The Mail says Law's representatives have fielded calls from no fewer than ten English clubs.
Brighton & Hove Albion, Birmingham City and Reading are credited as showing the strongest interest in Law who has also attracted interest from Bolton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town.
Law has scored 12 goals this season in 43 appearances in all competitions, including two in Rangers 4-0 win over Raith Rovers on Sunday. Those goals meant he matched his total from last season when The Gers won the Scottish League One undefeated.
Could Law be the goal scoring central midfielder Reading are missing? The video below makes him look an useful player who could be playing at a higher level than the Scottish second tier.
