We've collated all your votes, and on average you rated Steve Clarke's reign so far as 3.5 out of 5. It's higher than last month's 3.22 average, but still not as good as his initial six-week honeymoon where his average rating was 4.15.

The FA Cup run has been a massive positive during Clarke's time as manager so far, and he's created history by becoming the first manager in 88 years to reach the last four of the competition. His ability to get his team focussed and organised for big games has shown that he can motivate them and come through when the stakes are high.

But League results are as inconsistent as they always were, and that's got to be the reason Royals fans aren't completely overwhelmed by his time at the club. The defence was shored up during his first six weeks but since then has leaked goals, whilst had it not been for Jamie Mackie's purple patch, we could have really struggled in March.

With a challenging fixture list in April and possibly an even tougher summer coming up with contracts expiring and an unknown transfer kitty, it'll be interesting to see how you all rate Clarke as the months go by. This edition of the poll, as well as previous results, are shown below.

1st February 2015 - 4.22 out of 5

1st March 2015 - 3.22 out of 5
