We were warned about mass changes taking place this summer.
Four of Reading Football Club's backroom staff have been axed today according to GetReading.
Goalkeeping coach Sal Bibbo, kitman Selby Armstong, head physio Luke Anthony and soft tissue therapist Dan Buchanan have all seen their time at Hogwood come to an end.
It's going to be a summer of huge change, with new staff likely to come in to replace the departed, as well as major playing staff turnover which began with nine players being released yesterday.
The major surprise amongst the names is that of popular Sal Bibbo, who has been full-time goalkeeping coach at Reading since 2006. He has overseen the development of first team goalkeepers like current number one Adam Federici and England hopeful Alex McCarthy, whom the club sold to QPR last summer for £3 million.
The departure of Anthony and Buchanan may come as less of a surprise given the Royals' recent injury record and Clarke's known preference for having an athletic and well-drilled team to work with.
