Sheffield Wednesday
Form (all comps): LWWWL
Sheffield Wednesday will give teenage goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith his first league start for the club after Keiren Westwood injured his kidneys in The Owls defeat to Ipswich at the weekend. Coach Carlos Carvalhal will give late tests to skipper Glenn Loovens and Sam Hutchinson, who have knocks.

Reading will wait to receive clearance before deciding whether new loan signing Alex Fernandez can play a part in the game after the midfielder joined for the season from Espanyol. Another new signing, Paolo Hurtado has received his work permit and is working on his fitness but this one may come too soon. Pavel Pogrebnyak, Garath McCleary and Dominic Samuel will also miss out.

What The Opposition Think
I think with the money we've spent I don't think I'm being unreasonable to expect a playoff push for us. I think we're still way off being title contenders, but if we can push for 6th come the end of the season I'll be happy.
