Last time out, we focused on recent capture Stephen Quinn. He's quickly made himself a bit of a cult figure at the Madejski Stadium and your votes in our poll saw him get an average rating of 4.17. This time round, academy graduate Aaron Tshibola is in the spotlight and you can have your say on him in the poll and comments below.

Aaron is another great prospect from our youth academy, one that has extremely impressed me. Having seen his name in our pre-season squad, it soon became clear that Aaron is highly rated by former manager Clarke, and was going to get a chance to impress this season.

Aaron made an instant impression, with a solid performance away at Birmingham and having a goal ruled out as not going over the line. However, Clarke and many others saw that as a goal, and it added to a confident performance against Birmingham - a game we arguably shouldn't have lost.

Tish was one of our stand out performers in the 5-1 demolition of Ipswich at the Mad stad, and I for one was thoroughly impressed with his box to box performance.

I believe the moment Aaron starts a league game, our winning ways will return.

I believe the rotation of Williams and Tshibola was a key reason to our excellent form which had us second in the league at one point. Williams had to play for his place as Aaron was looking like arguably our best midfielder in every game he played. Along with great athletic ability and strength, Aaron displays a composure that most veteran midfielders would be overjoyed to possess. Every time he had the ball in the games I've watched, I never had any fear that he was going to give away possession.

Aaron is young, and seems to have a great attitude and is arguably our greatest academy products currently (along with Fosu and Samuel) and has performed well in the Championship. I believe the moment Aaron starts a league game, our winning ways will return.
