Tilehurst End editors and the FA Cup. If you thought our editor made a mistake planning his wedding last April on the same date as our historic semi against Arsenal then you may have little sympathy for the blooper that Bucks Royal did this afternoon.
Still on a high after last night, he made the decision to go to the Ipswich game. He asked all his fellow editors if they might be joining him, bought his match ticket and booked his train tickets, and then looked in horror when he checked his phone to see that none of the editors would be able to go because it was now a midweek game.
He had just spent £50+ thinking it was still taking place on Saturday 30 January. Silly Bucks! The game has now been moved to Tuesday 2 February.
To make sure no Reading and Walsall fans make the same mistake we felt we should announce the dates for the remaining rounds of the FA Cup and what games for both teams could be moved. Don't make the same mistake as Bucks!
