Liam Moore Is Your September Player Of The Month

A great start to his Reading career.

August saw one new recruit, John Swift, take home the first TTE Player of the Month award of the new season. In September it was another new boy's turn to impress, as Liam Moore did enough to take 51% of your vote and win the gong. It's been a great start to his Reading career for Moore, who hadn't played a senior match since January, yet was the only Royal to start every game in September (including cup matches). He's quickly become a key cog in Jaap Stam's ever-developing Reading machine.

Swift made a good run at a second consecutive award but had to settle for second place this time round with 37% of the vote, whilst two Irish stalwarts made up the numbers in third and fourth - Paul McShane with 9% and Stephen Quinn with 4%.

Thanks as always for voting - the results are below.

September 2016: Liam Moore (51%)

August 2016: John Swift (78%)
