The Tilehurst End Podcast - Episode 109: Fulham Foul Up

It's back to earth with a bump for Reading after a 5-0 thrashing at Fulham - We cover the good, the bad and the ugly plus much more in this week's Tilehurst End Podcast.

From the highs of fives wins in a row, we've had the low of a five-nil humping at Fulham to deal with. This week's TTE Podcast tries to figure out what went wrong and whether this was a blip or the sign of more pain to come.

Wimb and Handbags Harris are joined by Roger Titford from the Supporters' Trust At Reading to talk about his new book 'The Lost Years of Reading FC', looking at the very early years of the football club and how Reading outlasted plenty of other local teams in the area to become top dogs in Berkshire. You can pick up a copy yourself from the STAR base, the club Megastore or online here.

All that plus we field your questions in the mailbag and look ahead to Saturday's game with Sheffield Wednesday.

A quick editorial note about the quality of audio, it's a bit more unprofessional than usual due to us testing out some new equipment, so our apologies but we'll endeavour to get back on the straight(er) and narrow next week.

To help us do that and to fund further upgrades, we've launched a page for those of you who want to go the extra mile and donate to the show. Rewards include shout outs, pubchat topics and even a swanky Tilehurst End Mug. You can visit http://www.patreon.com/thetilehurstend for more information.
