Having been nominated for the September Manager of the Month award, Jaap Stam is up for the November honour after three wins from three last month.
Wigan, Burton, and Bristol City were all dispatched comfortably enough by the Royals, with the dreadful Fulham defeat thankfully occurring in December, to put Stam in prime position to scoop the award against Steve Bruce, Owen Coyle, and Steve McClaren.
Derby also maintained a 100 percent record in November, beating Norwich, Rotherham, and Wolves, with Blackburn and Aston Villa both dropping points in their own relatively good run.

Norwich's Alex Neil won the award upon Stam's maiden nomination in September, so the Dutchman's victory would represent Reading's first since Brian McDermott's January 2013 award in the Premier League, the ex-Royals boss also claiming the February and March 2012 gongs in the Championship.
Up for the player awards are Steve Sidwell, Thomas Kuszczak, Henri Lansbury, and Tom Ince.
