Our first approval rating for Brian McDermott took place at the start of February, when he'd been in the job for around a month and a half - as we noted back then, it was a shockingly low rating that was surprisingly worse than anything Steve Clarke managed during his year in charge. Whether that was because of the marmite flavour of McDermott's appointment is up for debate... but what's clear is that now, people seem to be getting behind him and the players as we head towards the end of the season.
To start March, it's a rating of 3.81 out of 5 - compared to last month's rating of 2.55, you can see just how much fans are starting to put their grievances aside for the greater good. With a key FA Cup quarter-final clash coming up against Crystal Palace, as well as some winnable Championship games on the horizon, it'll be interesting to see whether McDermott can continue to build on the momentum that's slowly being generated and prove the doubters wrong.
Thanks for your votes - previous results are below. As ever, we'll back back at the start of April to get your feelings then.
