Game of the week
Hull City were dealt a huge blow in their quest for automatic promotion in a 4-0 drubbing from fellow promotion hopefuls Derby County.
Hull started off the game very well and were in control until a slip by Curtis Davies in the 29th minute allowed Bradley Johnson to nip in and give Derby the lead. It was Bradley Johnson who scored Derby's second nine minutes later, pouncing after Chris Martin's header rebounded off the post.
Moses Odubajo then effectively threw away Hull's chances of getting back into the game when he got sent off after bringing down Tom Ince in the 55th minute. Hull tried getting back into it despite being a man down, but Chris Martin made the game safe in the 84th minute with a left footed strike from the edge of the area and then crossed the ball for Craig Bryson to make it 4-0 in added time.
Man of the Match: Chris Martin
