News emerged this morning that Reading have rejected two bids from an unnamed club for Aaron Tshibola.

This comes just a day after rumours emerged that The Royals had agreed to sell promising youngster Aaron Tshibola to Championship rivals Norwich City.

TEAMtalk report:

Reading have rejected two bids from an undisclosed club for Norwich, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Celtic target Aaron Tshibola, sources have told TEAMtalk.

A number of British clubs are all chasing Tshibola this summer as they look to bolster their midfield options.

One of Tshibola’s suitors are keen to beat off rivals to the player’s signature and have tabled two £1million plus offers for the 21-year-old which have been rejected by Reading.

It's important to note that this report does not contradict rumours that Reading have accepted a £2million fee for Tshibola, just that there are others bids coming in.

Looks like we have a bidding war on the cards, folks.
