1969-1974
This kit has been one of your favourites so far. In the previous round it received 77% of the votes up against the 1981-83.
We wore this kit for some of the most miserable years in the club's history. In that period we were relegated to the fourth tier for the first time and finished in our lowest ever position (16th).
With that kind of record you would expect it have to been consigned to history, but it's such a good classic design it's still on sale in the club shop. This was also the first kit worn by Robin Friday which will always help a kit to be remembered.

1978-1981
This kit narrowly beat the 1957-1963 kit in the quarter final. This Bukta kit was used for three seasons.
The first season saw us win the Division Four title, followed by two seasons of finishing mid-table. The best known players to wear this kit were Kerry Dixon and Lawrie Sanchez. I could have added Steve Death but he was actually wearing a fetching green goalkeeper shirt.
