There are times when you are more than happy to be wrong in a prediction, and last weekend was one of those times as despite pretty much everyone guessing a draw or Barnsley win, Reading pulled a win out of the bag to beat the Tykes on their own patch. Only four people predicted that outcome, with two of those - RFC Vlogger and RiskAverse getting the 2-1 score correct. No one thought that Garath McCleary would be the first goalscorer.
But has that victory in Yorkshire given you confidence ahead of this weekend's home fixture with league leaders Huddersfield Town, who have lost just once in the league all season? All you have to do is guess the score of the game and say who you think will score the first goal in the comments below. A correct score earns two points, a correct result earns one point as does a correct first goalscorer.
I'm plumping for a 1-0 win to Huddersfield (sorry!) with Kasey Palmer as the first goalscorer. This series is of course done alongside Reading FC Away Days, and by watching their video below, you can find out what James and Adam think will happen.
Good Luck! The current table is below the video...
