Five Championship games with mixed, and two wins in the cup for the senior side... a summer of rebuilding and reshaping the squad... an entirely new tactical setup... It's been a big few months at Reading Football Club but so far, you seem to be pretty happy with the job Jaap Stam is doing at the Madejski Stadium.
It's a rating of 3.71 out of 5 for the Dutchman - slightly lower than the 3.83 that you gave him on the eve of the season but nonetheless it's still an emphatically positive reaction. For comparison, Steve Clarke's first month and a half in charge saw him collect a rating of 4.15 (after 1 loss in 9 in all competitions), whilst Brian McDermott's first few weeks saw him poll at just 2.55. As mentioned it's been an off-season of major upheaval but there are certainly signs that after a few years treading water, the Royals could be heading in the right direction again.
Thanks for all your votes - the results are listed below. We'll be back in a couple of months to see how you're feeling then!
