Reading are continuing to operate in the market despite the transfer window shutting last week by taking Arsenal academy player Nathan Tella on trial, according to reports.
Predominantly playing for the Gunners' Under-18s side, the 17-year-old has been with the North London club for a while but Daily Star believe he will be let go when his contract runs out in the summer.
With that in mind, the Royals are taking an early look at Tella with a view to signing him up for a switch to Berkshire.
What do we know about him?
Erm...
Given the startling lack of information floating around the web about the lad, we only really know his age and the fact he plays as a wide-man who can also come in at full-back or across the midfield.
Arseblog (the Arsenal website) describe Tella as a 'diminutive winger ... not a prolific goalscorer' who was hit with injury at the back end of last season just as he began to impress. Perhaps a change of scenery is what he requires to kickstart his career.
