It was in December that Liam Kelly really announced himself to the Reading faithful, as a string of sensational performances led him to win our final Player Of The Month vote of 2016. The 21-year-old has proved he wasn't just a one-month wonder - in fact, he stood out even more in January and he's rightfully taken the gong for a second month in a row.

81% of you voted for Kelly to win - that's the second highest percentage all season after Ali Al Habsi's amazing October - and he's quickly become an integral part of Jaap Stam's push for promotion. Five man of the match wins in January, including a standout performance in defeat at Old Trafford... the Royals' academy looks to have produced yet another exciting prospect.

Yann Kermorgant's three key goals in January were enough to net him second place in the voting, albeit with 15%, a long way behind Kelly. Paul McShane mopped up the other 4% of votes after a string of committed displays playing through the pain barrier.

Thanks for all your votes - as always, the results of this vote, as well as the previous months' polls, are below. We'll see you at the start of March to see if Kelly can make it a hat-trick!
