The Tilehurst End Prediction League: Matchday 45 - Wigan Athletic (H)

Reading's poor form on their travels continued last weekend with a 3-2 defeat at Nottingham Forest, and away day blues were predicted by just four people, with the majority of punters confident against Mark Warburton's struggling side. However, of those four who correctly thought the Royals would lose, none got the scoreline spot on. There were also three correct guesses for Britt Assombalonga to be the first goalscorer. The updated leaderboard is below.

It's a final home game of the regular league season for Jaap Stam's side this weekend, as they welcome Wigan to the Madejski Stadium. Anything other than a win for the Lactics would relegate them. All you have to do is predict the score of the game and say who you think will score the first goal in the comments below. A correct score earns two points, a correct result earns one point as does a correct first goalscorer.

I think the score will be 2-1 to Reading, with Yann Kermorgant being the first goalscorer. This series is of course done alongside Reading FC Away Days, and by watching his video which will be out later you can find out what James will happen.
