For the tenth time in his career, Neil Swarbrick is taking charge of a Reading game although this one has a little extra spice to it, as the Royals face Huddersfield in the play-off final at Wembley.

The Lancashire official has refereed the Berkshire club twice in the Premier League and seven times in the second-tier, producing a record of four wins, one draw and four losses.

Most recently, he helmed the 1-1 home draw with Brighton last season with the Royals claiming the points against Leeds (1-0, 2013/14), away to Fulham (4-2, 2012/13), at home to West Ham (3-0, 2011/12), and to Middlesbrough (5-2, 2010/11).

The result against the Hammers saw two visiting players sent off along with Jimmy Kebe's sockgate but otherwise his matches in charge of Reading have been largely devoid of contoversy.
