Before we look at the results from the Millwall game, there's small matter of the results of the Hull game to discuss as well. Seven people correctly predicted that the Royals would draw with the Tigers, and six of those - ShiplakeAl, JackRonan, Will Jones, Bacuzzi's Boys, EthanRFC_ and 1.fcl - also got the 1-1 scoreline spot on. No one however guessed the Frazier Campbell would score the first goal. Meanwhile, defeat at The Den was predicted by six people, with EthanRFC_ and JackRonan once again amongst the group to get the scoreline (2-1) correct, along with Glorygerbil. Like the Hull game, no one picked the right first goalscorer which ended up being David Edwards. With plenty of points being added, the updated leaderboard is below.
This weekend, Reading host Norwich City, who have not conceded a goal in their last five league games. All you have to do is guess the score of the game and say who you think will score the first goal in the comments below. A correct score earns two points, a correct result earns one point as does a correct first goalscorer.
I think the score will be 1-0 to Norwich, with Marley Watkins being the first goalscorer. This series is of course done alongside Reading FC Away Days, and by watching James’ video on YouTube, you can find out what he thinks will happen.
