Anssi Jaakkola: 5
Didn’t even attempt to save the third goal. He doesn’t look as comfortable as Mannone with the ball at his feet.
Liam Moore: 5
Non-existent for the first goal (not entirely sure how Kermorgant ended up being the player trying to defend Nuhiu), and one part of a comedy duo for Wednesday’s third.
Tiago Ilori: 5
Second part of some comedic defending for Wednesday’s third goal, and should have done better with their second too.
Chris Gunter: 5
He caught the ball before it had even gone out of play. That kind of summed up his game.
Roy Beerens: 4
Non-existent for the majority of the game. I forgot he was on the pitch for most of it.
Garath McCleary: 4
Horrific defending for Wednesday’s second goal. He still looks about two seconds behind the rest of the game and it appears as if he still isn’t anywhere near the player he was before his back injury.
Dave Edwards: 6
Came away from the game with marginally more dignity than most of the team. Had a great opportunity to score in the first five minutes and got a couple of crosses into the box.
Leandro Bacuna: 5
Unlucky to hit the post midway through the second half. Made a couple of attacking runs but nothing particularly effective.
Pelle Clement: 5
Made a couple of decent tackles and has definitely improved since the start of the season. Still a lot more work to be done though.
Jon Dadi Bodvarsson: 6
Had a few decent opportunities but was wasteful with them. You can never fault his work rate though.
Yann Kermorgant: 5
The chances he had in the game would have definitely been scored last season. Like the rest of the team, he’s completely shot of confidence.
Modou Barrow: 4
Didn’t do an awful lot to change the game.
Sam Smith: N/A
George Evans: N/A
