Rafael: 5
Nothing that he could do for the goal, but didn’t command his box well enough. Almost gave away a goal after dropping a ball into the box.
Andy Yiadom: 7
Constant threat down the right wing. Beat the fullback multiple times in the first half, and looked solid defensively when we sat back in the second half.
Matt Miazga: 6
Very unlucky not to score after flicking on a corner in the first half. Maybe not up to his usual high standard but did what he needed to well.
Michael Morrison: 7
Stepped up today. Was assured in possession and seemed to lead the defensive line well. Maybe could have tackled Jed Wallace for his goal, but harsh to put it solely on him.
Liam Moore: 6
His long throws are a real weapon, and the side as a whole looked comfortable while he was on the pitch. Unfortunately had to leave the pitch injured.
Jordan Obita: 7
Excellent strike for his goal. Made a couple of decent attacking moves but didn’t have any real opportunities to shine after that.
Andy Rinomhota: 6
Was busy in the middle of the park. Broke up the play well, and played a very James Harper performance with the ball.
John Swift: 7
Ran things in the first 45. Gave away a silly dangerous free kick at the end, and isn’t really built for holding the ball up in the corner.
Ovie Ejaria: 6
Another silky display. Technically set up Baldock’s goal but didn’t really trouble Millwall’s backline other than that
George Puscas: 5
Put himself about but is still trying to find his feet in the division.
Sam Baldock: 7
Somehow outdid Obita’s strike with an outrageous shot into the top corner. Always going to stand out next to Puscas with his work rate. Should have done more to stop the goal after a good effort tracking back.
Subs
Tyler Blackett: 5
Looked like a man who hasn’t played much football this season. Didn’t have much to do, but alongside Baldock managed to allow Wallace in.
Yakou Meite: 6
Worked hard, but was always going to have a tough time while the team were sitting back.
Pele: 6
Didn’t really need to do much in the end. The one time he got on the ball he was composed enough to pick out a pass and not waste possession.
Average: 6.14/10
