Lewis had two very different games to unpack in this week’s video round-up.
In the first, Reading had a frustrating evening at Hillsborough, drawing 1-1 against Sheffield Wednesday in a game they’d have hoped to win. Although Lucas Joao’s goal cancelled out a Callum Paterson opener on the counter, four penalties were turned down in the second half, leaving the Royals with just a point to show for their dominance against 10 men.
It was a much better occasion a few days later, when 2,000 fans were in attendance for a comfortable 2-0 win over another struggling side: Nottingham Forest. Joao was again on the scoresheet against a team reduced to 10 men in the first half, but Michael Morrison struck after the break to give the Royals a two-goal cushion.
