Reading FC Loan Report: February 13

One midfielder is winning over the fans during his loan travels while a signing from last January finds himself on the end of a thrashing. All that and more in this week's loan report.

Mikkel Andersen - Randers (Danish Superliga) Appearances: 10 Clean Sheets: 1

Anderson is currently away on warm weather training with Randers as they gear up for the start of the Superliga season a week on Sunday. Andersen started and played the first half of their latest friendly, a 2-2 draw with Astra Giurgiu.

Daniel Carrico - Sevilla (Liga BBVA) Appearances: 16 Goals 2

How could Carrico have turned down the chance to face Sheffield Wednesday, it's not like that Barcelona team he was playing last week are all that....

Still, as bad as Reading had it over the weekend, Carrico played 90 minutes as his side were thumped 4-1 with Messi scoring twice.

Nick Arnold - Wycombe Wanderers (SkyBet League Two) Appearances: 20

Wycombe still haven't won in 2014 and their winless run at home now stretches back to mid-October. Still, they sit above the relegation places and Arnold got two starts last week, including helping his team keep a clean sheet against Accrington.

Lawson D'Ath - Dagenham & Redbridge (SkyBet League Two) Appearances:11 Red Cards: 1

D'Ath got 180 minutes under his belt over the past 8 days as Dagenham won at Rochdale before losing at home to Hartlepool. His all action approach to games seems to have gone down well with Daggers fans.

Ryan Edwards - Perth Glory (Australian A-League) Appearances: 12 Goals 0

Edwards wasn't involved as Perth lost to the Melbourne Heart, but the midfielder did impress for their youth side, apparently bagging himself a screamer.

Jon Henly - Oxford United (SkyBet League Two) Appearances: 0

As we mentioned in a news piece this week, Henly will stay at Oxford for another month. He's not likely to see game time for the senior side but did play as a youthful side earned a spot in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup semi-final with a 2-0 win over Thame.
